Michael Pollan interview on NPR

This is a fantastic and interesting story about Michael Pollan, who wrote a letter to the next president proposing all kinds of wonderful changes in agriculture policy and suggestions such as creating a White House vegetable garden, and hiring a ‘Farmer-in-Cheif’. Michael Pollan wrote the books: The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History Of Four Meals and In Defense OF Food: An Eater’s Manifesto.
